Arrival Time
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your first appointment so that your sessions can begin on time. Starting your session on time allows you to receive the full benefit of your complete and unhurried service. So that the following client is not inconvenienced, appointment duration will be adjusted for late arrivals at full fee.
Health/Medical Conditions
For health and safety reasons, any client with heart of circulation problems, diabetes, pregnancy, or any other health issue should consult with their physician before receiving any spa treatment or using the dry sauna, jacuzzi, or pool. It is not recommended that pregnant women receive body wraps or any treatment the involves excessive heat.
Gratuities
A customary 15% gratuity will be added to all spa parties of 4 or more people with multiple services. Our spa therapists pride themselves in delivering excellent service. Gratuities are graciously accepted and appreciated.
Cancellations
Because your space is reserved for you,a 24 hour notices of cancellation is required or full fee is due. Full fee is due for cancellations on "same day" appointments. A credit card guarantee or gift certificate number is required on all appointments.
